- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to the cancellation policy shown during purchase.
- We reserve the right to suspend Services for overdue payments and to change pricing upon notice.
9. Privacy

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information secure and not to disclose it except as permitted in these Terms or required by law. Confidential information does not include information that is public or already known to the recipient.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your data as described in your service agreement; verify backup and retention policies prior to relying on the Service for critical data.

Our Services may integrate with third-party products. Use of any third-party services is subject to that provider’s terms and we are not responsible for third-party performance or availability.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms or for lawful reasons (e.g., non-payment, abuse). On termination, all rights granted to you will cease and you must stop using the Services.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
